The recipient of a bachelor's in education from the University of New Mexico (UNM), Wayne Vandenburg began his career in athletics and has since become a leading real estate executive with global experience. Upon graduating from college, Wayne Vandenburg served as an assistant on the UNM track and field coaching staff and was subsequently appointed head coach of the track team at Texas Western College.which later became the University of Texas at El Paso or "UTEP".

Mr. Vandenburg has maintained involvement in athletics throughout his career through executive and consulting roles with teams in the National Football League, the International Volleyball Association, and the Minor League Baseball. Moreover, he serves on the board of directors for the USA Track & Field Foundation.

Regarding his career in real estate, Wayne Vandenburg began working alongside financial institutions as an advisor and consultant in 1978. Several years later, he helped launch his family's real estate investment and management platform now known as TVO Groupe, LLC. Now serving as chairman and CEO of the firm, he draws upon five decades of experience to guide investments across a diverse range of property sectors, with an emphasis on multifamily properties and STNL properties & corporate headquarters.

Wayne Vandenburg has spoken at real estate conferences in the US, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East, among other regions. Complementing his extensive experience, he has held membership with several professional organizations including the Mortgage Bankers of America, the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Multifamily Blue & Green Councils of the Urban Land Institute.
